Service Description: Join us for a magical evening of Lunar Alignment, where we blend the powerful energies of the Full Moon with Human Design and Astrology to nurture your nervous system and release what no longer serves you. Co-facilitated by Catherine Paquette and Susan Homa, this 2-hour experience will guide you through a journey of emotional healing, energetic grounding, and spiritual renewal. ✨ Why this Workshop? The Full Moon on April 12th, the first of Spring, offers a potent opportunity to release and reset. We’re going to look at your grounding Earth placement in your Human Design chart and your Moon placement in Astrology to gain insight into your unique emotional blueprint and discover how to bring your nervous system back into balance. Susan Homa’s Sound Bath Healing will help you integrate this energy, soothing your mind, body, and spirit with powerful vibrational frequencies. What to Expect: ✨ Understanding Your Emotional Blueprint: Learn how your Human Design grounding Earth and Moon placement in Astrology influences your emotional regulation and nervous system. ✨ Full Moon Sound Bath: Release stress and tension through a healing sound bath guided by Susan Homa. ✨ Personalized Guidance: Receive insights into how to navigate emotional overwhelm and come back to your inner balance. Things To Bring: Journal Pen Pillow (if you want to bring your own) Eye Mask (personal preference) To note: We will not take the time to find your Human Design blueprint or Astrological chart. To cancel or reschedule a class please contact at least 24hrs in advance otherwise your payment or class pass will be charged in full. Should your cancellation be due to Covid or other medical situation a doctors note or positive test is required to transfer the payment to a future class otherwise the class or event will be charged in full. All Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure about your ability to commit to a package there is the option to book individual classes. Packages must be redeemed solely by the individual whose name is attached to the package. By Booking you agree to our Studio Policy and Terms and Conditions Waiver available for review on our website. Minimum age 15years There is a buzzer to the left of the front door for entry. After 6pm weekdays and on Sundays parking is free on Sherbrooke St. There is also 2 hour free parking on the East side of Prince Albert, pls check sign for exceptions. Feel free to bring an Eye Mask for classes such as Yin Yoga, meditation, Relaxation or Kundalini Codes Activation. The Studio has 12 mats for your use but it you prefer you can bring your own.
