Shinrin-Yoku Forest Whispers 4/6
A Sensory Journey into Nature's Embrace
Service Description
A 2-hour immersive forest experience A monthly event- Let's get outside, no matter the weather! Escape the digital noise and rediscover your connection to the natural world through our carefully crafted forest immersion experience. Join us as we blend ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices in the embrace of the forest. Your Journey Includes: GUIDED FOREST BATHING ( Shinrin-Yoku) Inspired by the Japanese art of "forest bathing" you will be guided through gentle sensory awareness exercises. Learn to open your senses fully to the forest—listening to the subtle symphony of leaves, feeling the varied textures of bark and moss, observing the intricate patterns of light and shadow, and breathing in the complex aromatic compounds released by trees that have been scientifically proven to reduce stress and boost immunity. COLLABORATIVE MANDALA Gather to participate in the creation of a temporary natural art piece. You'll be guided to mindfully collect fallen materials—leaves, seeds, stones, branches—to contribute to a beautiful collaborative mandala. This practice honors both creativity and impermanence, leaving no trace while creating a moment of shared beauty. FOREST INSPIRED MOVEMENT Experience gentle movement practices designed to harmonize your body's rhythm with the forest, simple stretching sequences and flowing movements, helping you physically connect with the energy of the natural environment around you. FOREST SOUND BATH a unique sound experience where periods of profound forest silence alternate with the gentle resonance of nature-inspired instruments. This auditory journey deepens your immersion and provides a peaceful transition as we close our forest experience. JOURNALING After immersing yourself in the quiet embrace of the forest, we'll pause to capture your experience through journaling or artistic expression. Whether through words or images, document what surfaces from within. This reflective practice helps anchor the forest's wisdom. There are no expectations —simply an invitation to let the forest speak through you.
